2. Site Visit (Los Angeles area)

We’d like to see where your Plús Hús will live. We’ll come out to make sure your site is suitable and provide accurate construction costs.  Schedule Site Visit
2 weeks

3. Permitting

Now that we’re familiar with your site, we’ll draft the permit set and obtain structural drawings, then coordinate building permit approval.
2-4 months

4. Site Prep

It’s time to pour a foundation and connect the utilities.
1-2 months

5. Delivery & Assembly

Your Plús Hús will be delivered in a flat-packed kit and assembled by our contracting team. The unit is assembled onsite and undergoes the traditional building inspection process throughout construction.

In addition to the Plús Hús, you’ll need to budget for land planning, engineering, permitting, utilities, foundation, and assembly. This budget is good to keep in mind for for a standard flat site.

1. Say Hello

Start by contacting us. We’ll be in touch straight away to answer any questions and talk to you about your specific site.

2. Site Visit

Contact a local land surveyor to conduct a survey of your property. Once we receive the site survey, we will send you the finalized quote.
2 weeks

3. Permitting

We’ll draft the custom site plan drawings and obtain the structural drawings which you will submit to your local Department of Building and Safety for building permit approval.
2-4 months

4. Site Prep

Once the building permit is approved, You will hire a contractor to conduct site prep: pouring the foundation and connecting the utilities.
1-2 months

5. Delivery & Assembly

Your Plús Hús will be delivered and assembled by your contracting team.
1-2 months
